Products
All items sold by Cumberland Climbing Co are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are normal and should be expected — these are part of what makes a handmade product, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to build before they ship, and are sent via USPS. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Refunds
Because every order is custom-built for you, we do not offer refunds. See our Refund Policy for details on what we'll do if something arrives damaged or defective.

Assumption of Risk
Hangboards and other climbing training tools are designed to build finger and grip strength, and by nature carry a real risk of injury — including strains, tendon issues, and pulley injuries — if used improperly or without adequate preparation. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We recommend consulting a physician or qualified coach before beginning any new training program, following proper mounting and installation guidance, and progressing gradually rather than training at maximum intensity right away.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, photos, designs, and the Cumberland Climbing Co name and logo — is the property of Cumberland Climbing Co and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Cumberland Climbing Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
