Shipping Policy

Every piece we sell is handcrafted to order, so shipping timelines look a little different than a typical retail store — here's what to expect.

Processing Time
Because nothing is pre-made, please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be built before it ships. This timeframe can vary slightly depending on order volume and how many requests we're working through at the time.

Shipping Carrier & Cost
We ship all orders via USPS. Each board weighs approximately 3 lbs, and shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the USPS service selected.

Delivery Time
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery time depends on the USPS shipping speed chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Delays
Handmade goods sometimes take a little longer than expected, especially during busier periods or if materials are running low. If your order is going to run past the standard processing window, we'll do our best to reach out and keep you posted.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase and aren't able to redirect or refund a package sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or never shows up, reach out to us — we'll work with you to make it right.
